YES, it’s me - started as a practitioner when I was 16, when my mom asked me for companionship for the 5.30 AM early morning yoga class for my mom’s health improvement.
After a few classes just to accompany my mom, I ‘accidentally’ fell in love with yoga and have continued practicing since then.
The more I practiced, the more I discovered how wonderful the body is, how it can be trained to be flexible, expanded, and stronger time by time, but also how vulnerable it can be sometimes, and after all, how to embrace the body, where, in some belief, it’s a temple of yourself.
Along the way, I got injured, pained, and healed in some ways, not only the physical vehicle - my body, but also my soul, where the freedom comes to a place, I decided to call it - Tiny wonder, where I hold space for myself, and anyone else, who wishes to discover the journey that they wish - wherever they are.
Passionate about interacting with people and helping them connect more with their body, I am a specialist in finding balance, proper posture, practice in safety, and increasing awareness towards body and pain management.
My inspiration is mostly from Hatha Yoga in both modern and ancient ways, which I was trained by my beloved teachers in Bali and India.
With years of experience in both teaching and personal practice, Alice’s classes emphasize Awareness, Proper postures, Pranayama (Breath Techniques), Relaxation, Mantra (Sound meditation),
‘The aim of Yoga is not to touch the floor. The aim is listening to your body and respecting it as it is.’
That was a teaching in a Yoga session with my teacher, which I took away and marked as my root, my anchor, whenever I practice. AND, of course, it will be the root theme of all my classes.
What do I offer?
Hatha Yoga (Traditional & Modern): Yoga Foundation (12 sessions course): for those who want to deepen their practice, or start from scratch. Beginners and intermediates are welcome. The course will cover all the important points in Yoga: Awareness, Proper posture, Pranayama, Relaxation, Mantra (Sound meditation). After the courses, practitioners are able to practice on their own, and documents and follow-up sessions are included.
Stress Relief & Energy Balancing: Release stress and tension, focusing on relaxation, how to manage stress, and live freely and spontaneously. (Open classes and courses are available)
Gentle Flow & Restorative Practices: Beginner-friendly, focus more on harmonizing breath and movement, slow and grounding flows. Pranayama - ‘how to breath’ will be emphasized.
Yoga for Busy Birds: Special design for Beginners and Office Professionals, who have tight shoulders, back pain, and all kinds of ‘office sickness.’

900 hours certificate Yoga Teacher (Hatha Yoga, trained in Bali and India)
