From the first 5.30 AM class Alice attended — just to keep her mother company — grew a lifelong love affair with yoga and the quiet intelligence of the body.
She discovered how the body can be trained to expand and strengthen, how vulnerable it can be, and ultimately, how to embrace it as a sacred vessel — a temple of the self.
Through injury and healing, Alice arrived at a place she now calls Tiny Wonder: a space she holds for herself, and for anyone who wishes to discover their own journey, wherever they are.
